We wish to state clearly and unequivocally that AR24 SECURITY HAS NOT BEEN SOLD, NOR ARE WE INVOLVED IN ANY NEGOTIATIONS WITH ANY OTHER SECURITY COMPANY REGARDING THE SALE OF OUR BUSINESS.

It has come to our attention that certain AR24 clients are allegedly being approached and encouraged to sign new security service contracts with other security providers, based on claims that AR24 Security has been sold.

These claims are completely false and without foundation.

- There has been no change in ownership or management of AR24 Security.
- All existing client agreements remain valid and unaffected.
- No other security company has been authorised to represent AR24 Security or approach our clients on the basis of any alleged sale.

We strongly encourage our clients NOT TO SIGN ANY NEW CONTRACTS based on these misleading claims without first verifying the information directly with AR24 Security.

We regard the deliberate spreading of false information and any attempts to mislead our clients as extremely serious. AR24 Security reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against any parties found to be engaging in such conduct.

Our commitment remains unchanged: protecting our clients, their families, businesses and properties with integrity, professionalism and dedication.
