We are hiring an experienced MEP Draftsman to join our team in Dubai.

Walk-in interviews:
Date- 19th, 20th and 21th October 2026
Time- 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Location- Designsmith, Al Quoz Industrial Area 2, Dubai

Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering
- 3 to 5 years in MEP drafting, high-rise fit-out preferred
- MEP shop, builders’ work and as-built drawings
- Strong AutoCAD and Revit skills, with Navisworks clash detection
- Riser diagrams, schematics and equipment layouts
- Drawings compliant with DEWA, DM and DCD requirements

July town hall hit different. New folks joined the chaos, huge claps for our stars of the month : Anthony , Joycee and Akhil.

The work only gets better when the team does. That is the whole discipline.

Somehow we ended up singing happy birthday and the cake survived about six minutes. Thirty-seven years is not a number. It is every one of them, one percent better, together.

Turns out the team that builds together bowls together.

We’re used to raising buildings, so knocking a few things down made a nice change.

A couple of strikes, and gutters we’re choosing not to talk about, but zero regrets.

Real progress isn’t announced. It’s built, floor by floor.
Here’s where things stand at MV27, Jumeirah Bay Island this month:

• Basement and ground floor: block work, plaster, screed, HVAC and MEP fully complete
• First floor: glazing at 70%, bathroom first fixtures underway
• Roof floor: skylight framing complete
• External elevations: marble installation progressing on both sides

Every trade tracked, every level accounted for, every month documented.
This is the Genesys Global standard, where every stage of a build is treated with the same discipline, from the first block laid to the final finish.
