Some days, we need a little reminder to stop being so hard on ourselves.

To stop comparing, to give ourselves room to rest, to say no when we need to, and to remember that we don’t have to figure everything out all at once.

Sometimes, a small reminder on your desk or a crystal you keep close can help you reconnect with what matters to you.

So, which one do you feel like you need a little more of lately?
