The side gate is often the most forgotten lock in a villa, until it stops working.

At this Fairway villa in Dubai Hills Estate, the garden gate lock had become tough to turn. Dust and sand had worked their way inside, and the latch wasn’t catching properly anymore. Some days the gate looked closed but could be pushed open. Not great for a family home.

Ford F150 Spare Flip Key Duplication in Dubai

This Ford F150 owner had been driving around with just one key for months. It’s a working truck, so it gets used every day and goes everywhere. Losing that single key would mean the truck stays parked until a new one is made. So the owner stopped by our shop in International City to sort it out.

Nuki Smart Cylinder Lock Installation in Damac Lagoons Dubai

Not every smart lock has to look like a smart lock.

This family in Damac Lagoons loved their front door. It’s dark, solid wood with a classic feel. They wanted keyless entry, but they didn’t want a large metal panel screwed onto the front of it.

A smart cylinder lock was the answer. Here’s how it works in simple words. The door keeps a normal key cylinder on the outside. On the inside, a small Nuki unit sits over the cylinder and turns it for you, using a motor. You can’t see it from the street, so the door keeps its look.

Our technician started by swapping the old cylinder for a new M&C euro cylinder that fits the Nuki system, measured to the door thickness so nothing sticks out. Nissan Altima 2018 Lost Smart Key Replacement in Mira Oasis Dubai

Here’s something many Altima owners don’t know until it’s too late. A spare key that sits in a drawer for years is the cheapest insurance you’ll ever have.

Nissan Kicks 2018 Key Duplication in Dubai

Can a spare key be better than the original?

For this 2018 Nissan Kicks, yes.

The owner came to our shop in International City with only one key, a basic metal key with a Nissan head and no buttons. He wanted a backup before anything went wrong. While we were at it, he asked if the new one could have a remote.

What’s inside a Kicks key?
Your Kicks key looks simple, but there’s a transponder chip in the head. When you turn the key, the car checks that chip before the engine starts. A copy that’s only cut will open the doors but won’t start the car. It has to be programmed too.

What we did:
Cut a new blade to match the original
Fitted it into a 3 button flip key with lock, unlock and boot
Programmed the chip to the car’s immobilizer
Paired the remote buttons
