Set on the outskirts of Tirana, this exclusive residential concept explores the relationship between contemporary architecture, natural topography, and absolute privacy.

Defined by bold cantilevered volumes, warm earth-toned architectural concrete, refined bronze façades, and expansive panoramic glazing, each residence is carefully integrated into the natural contours of the hillside.

The staggered masterplan ensures uninterrupted views, while private infinity pools, generous terraces, and Mediterranean landscaping establish a seamless connection between architecture and nature.

More than a collection of luxury residences, the project represents a thoughtful approach to contemporary living — where every villa enjoys its own identity, privacy, and unique relationship with the surrounding landscape.
