Aurea Waves Residence

In the heart of Golem’s coastline, a 6,000 m² residential development rises amid older buildings and an underdeveloped urban fabric—bringing a fresh vision to the area.

Inspired by sea waves and the natural tones of the surrounding land, the building’s fluid form and integrated greenery introduce a new architectural language to the neighborhood.

More than just a structure, it stands as a positive sign for the transformation of Golem into an elegant and elevated destination.

✨ Luxury Residences Golem ✨

FAAS architects introduces a new project and a fresh experience in the heart of Golem.
This development brings a high-level investment that competes with mass construction by prioritizing space, quality, and exclusivity — not only as designers, but now also as developers.

🌿 Designed as branded residences, this project is a unique innovation in the local real estate market.
📐 With a footprint of 225 m², the building rises 5 floors above ground plus an underground level, offering 2 parking spaces per floor.

A new benchmark for modern living by the coast.

Crafted from local stone, this 650 m² villa emerges as a natural extension of the hillside overlooking Tirana.

Its two volumes, connected by a majestic staircase that rises like a central sculpture, create a continuous dialogue between mass and void, light and shadow.
