- Njohuri shumë të mira të rregulloreve dhe legjislacionit shqiptar;
- Aftësi të forta teknike për të avancuar projektet në mënyrë të pavarur;
- Revit (i avancuar) + AutoCAD; Adobe Illustrator dhe InDesign (avantazh);
- Anglishte e avancuar;
- Ambicioz/e, i/e organizuar dhe bashkëpunues/e;
- Interes për kontratë afatgjatë (+2 vite);

The Shirgj Church is the most important highlight of the Buna River segment.

Evoking the physical presence of a vanished monument is a well-known practice by now, but we felt it particularly necessary for this church. When you visit the ruins today, you find only part of a lateral wall, a precious remnant showing the original brick and stonework, surrounded by lush vegetation. It's very hard to picture the full presence of this famed church: a monastery with sixth-century origins, rebuilt in 1290 under Queen Helena of Anjou and known as a place where medieval Montenegrin and Albanian nobility chose to marry and have their final resting place. Over the centuries it was reduced, largely by the floods of the Buna, until only this fragment was left.

Our proposal redraws the church's full volume as a transparent frame set around the surviving wall. This frame though is made to be overtaken by vegetation. Over time, nature will take the frame echoing the way it once reclaimed the church, but this time making its outline more visible rather than erasing it.

A year of growing bigger and deeper — shaped by international recognition and collaborations, meaningful new sites and challenges that asked for greater care.

From our cozy corner, we’ve been cooking projects we truly believe in. We can’t wait for them to get closer to implementation so we can share everything with you.

The school offers two distinctly different courtyard settings for students to gather. The front yard, with its sports court, is open and outward-facing, connecting directly to the city’s main boulevard. In contrast, the inner courtyard is enclosed by circulation spaces, where translucent glass block walls strike a balance between openness and privacy—creating an inviting spot for brief social escapes without feeling exposed to the constant gaze of those in the corridors.

The new “Angela Merkel” School is ready to welcome its 1,300 students this September – and it’s making history. đŸ«âšĄïž
Not only is it one of the largest schools in Albania, but it’s also the first in the country to be fully energy self-sufficient, producing more electricity than it consumes.

Designed to bring students together, the building transforms a dense program into a variety of spaces – from the lively boulevard-side courtyard to new intersections and gathering points for groups of all sizes. Energy efficiency is built into every detail: passive design strategies, smart solar orientation, high-performance insulation, underfloor heating, shaded and buffered zones that minimize heat loss, and 1,250 mÂČ of photovoltaic panels for a net-zero operational footprint.

The lakefront’s presence became the defining element for our ground-floor layout. By studying how people move around the site, we’ve redesigned access routes to open up a long-neglected shoreline. This not only invites residents and visitors to rediscover the water’s edge but also weaves the lakefront into Tirana’s social fabric. Although the property line stops at the street, the proposal extends the project’s influence into the public realm—transforming both the plaza and waterfront into vibrant communal spaces that enrich the entire neighborhood.
