First look at our project in Ararat Province.

Malibu Park is an architectural project developed by our team in collaboration with Capital Build.

For the past six years, we have been shaping the project from its earliest architectural concept to its current stage of construction — developing its spatial logic, architectural identity and overall vision as one coherent whole.

A project of this scale naturally brings together professionals from different disciplines, each contributing their expertise to specific areas. These contributions form part of a much broader process, while the architectural authorship of the building lies in the years of work behind its conception, development and realisation.

Rising in the very heart of Yerevan, Malibu Park is designed to become a defining presence within its surroundings. By introducing a strong architectural identity to a fragmented urban context, the building will reshape the character, rhythm and experience of the entire area.

Pullman Yerevan Residences is steadily approaching its final form.

A project that has been evolving since 2023, shaped through years of coordination, refinement, and attention to detail.

Today, more and more of the original vision is becoming visible.
