Hi, I design and build vases 👋 let me you if they deserve your attention.

Bokilian started from a simple idea: creating the design pieces I wanted for my own space but couldn’t find anywhere else. This idea grew into something way bigger.

Designed and made in Vienna. Fully sustainable: Each vase comes with a removable glass inner layer made from remelted glass and an outer sustainable shell.

We started designing vases for a simple reason: we couldn’t quite find the pieces we wanted for our own homes.

So we began creating our own, exploring shapes, textures and materials to make objects that feel a little different from what’s already out there.

Every Bokilian vase is designed and handcrafted in Vienna, with a removable inner layer made from remelted glass and an outer shell made from sustainable materials.

If you’ve ever spent hours looking for local design, that‘s good, not mass-produced and reasonably priced, you might like what we do.

We started Bokilian because we couldn’t find the kind of pieces we wanted in our own homes, so we decided to design them ourselves.

Our vases are designed and handcrafted in Vienna. Every vase features a removable inner layer made from remelted glass and an outer shell made from sustainable materials.

There’s something truly special about seeing our vases quietly become part of someone’s everyday moments.

We love seeing our newest vase, Liquid Chrome, as part of slow mornings, coffee rituals and beautiful spaces. 🤍

Inspired by the chrome aesthetic, we wanted to create a sculptural piece with a reflective look while staying true to our commitment to more sustainable materials.

Designed and handcrafted in Vienna.

Every Liquid Chrome vase features a removable glass inner layer and an outer shell made from biodegradable materials. Available in three selected colours.

Meet our vase LIQUID CHROME in Metallic Rosé.
Designed and produced in Vienna.

Developed through dozens of prototypes, surface tests, and sculptural refinements, this piece explores the tension between fluidity and structure.

Its reflective metallic finish shifts with light throughout the day, catching movement, softening edges, and subtly distorting its surroundings almost like liquid metal frozen in motion.

While the surface appears industrial, the process behind it is intentionally considered. Each vase is made to order and paired with a handmade recycled glass insert. The outer shell is produced from sustainable plant based material.
