Working together to engineer a better future.
2018 saw the completion of the adaptive reuse and refurbishment of the existing library into a collaborative learning facility within the Parafield Gardens Primary School.
The student “hive” was designed as a collaborative space where students, together with their teachers, can investigate, innovate and collaborate. The wet area allows for a range of learning activities from cooking to science experiments and construction activities.
As part of the refurbishment, students and teachers now have access to several new flexible indoor learning spaces with an adjoining outdoor courtyard repurposed into an interactive school garden.
