Thanks for the recognition Emerald Junior Football Club! Glad we could give back in a little way to our communities.

JD's neice Mia joined the business a couple of months back and has been a happy, bubbly ball of energy since she got here. She has wanted to work with her Aunt and Uncle since we first got the store, back when she was 11 or 12. Super excited to have her and today she scored some flowers 💐 Thanks Wendy!

☕🚜 GREAT BARISTA? BORED OF THE SAME OLD GRIND?

We're hiring a FULL-TIME BARISTA to join our growing General Store & Over the Road family!

We're not your average café business. We've got three busy venues, a whole lot going on, and we're always trying something new!

One day you're smashing out coffees in Emerald, the next you're working with the crew in Gembrook or Upper Beaconsfield. Plenty of variety, plenty of laughs and plenty of opportunities to grow!

What we're looking for:
☕ At least 2 years of solid barista experience
💪 Someone who can handle a busy coffee machine
😁 A great attitude and a team-first approach
🚀 Someone who wants to learn, contribute and grow with us
📅 Full-time availability, including at least one weekend day

What we're offering:
✅ Genuine full-time employment with regular hours
✅ Three great Hills locations
✅ A fun, supportive team
✅ Opportunities to develop into leadership and other areas of the business
✅ A growing local family business where no two days are quite the same!

We're building something pretty exciting in the Hills, and we'd love the right people along for the ride!

Know someone who makes a cracking coffee and deserves a great opportunity? Tag them or share this around!
