Behind the build ep03

If you’re a tradesman in high-end residential construction, this one will hit close to home.

We’re diving into the subtle details that separate a standard build from a truly exceptional one. Often, you step into a room and can’t pin point an individual feature that makes it feel extraordinary, but the room as a whole just gives you a feeling of quality.

This is effect is a result of doing the small nuanced details right over and over again. Going the extra mile and making sure even the tiniest details are done correctly regardless of whether they are going to be seen or not.

This very principle is what Prestigious Plastering was built on. Our commitment to excellence. Going the extra mile. No short cuts. No exceptions. Quality first, every time.

If you’re looking to work with a team that can provide beautiful plastering and takes extreme pride in their craft, get in touch today !

Behind the build EP02

Today we’re discussing Cold Joints with Alex Beatty from Robert Plumb Build

Cold joints in concrete are one of those details most people never notice, but builders deal with them all the time.

In this clip we’re talking through what actually causes cold joints, why they matter structurally and visually, and one of the simplest ways we deal with them on site

It’s a good example of how a lot of construction is problem solving. What you see at the end of a project often hides a lot of technical decisions behind the scenes

Behind the Build

Join us as we sit down with the builders we work alongside and break down what really goes into delivering Sydney’s architectural homes.

We go beyond the finished product and talk through the details, the daily challenges, the coordination, and occasionally, who caused the most headaches on site

Plenty more to come stay tuned !
