You send your details and we confirm a fixed price. We prepare your drawings, usually in 10 to 20 business days, depending on the project. Your plans go to a private certifier for approval. Then your builder can start.

A setback is the distance a structure has to sit from your boundary.

As a general guide in Brisbane:
➡️ 6m from the front boundary
➡️ 1.5m from the sides and rear

Room extension? Here's what goes into a certifier-ready set.

A room extension connects to the existing house, so the drawing set is more detailed than a standalone structure.

You'll need a site plan showing where the extension sits, the existing floor plan showing the current layout, the proposed floor plan showing what changes, the elevations, a roof plan, cross-sections through the extension, and specification notes.
