Halfway through our latest project in Wynnum, QLD

Replacing the old roof with new Zincalume corrugated sheeting on the main roof and 0.48 BMT Prodek on the lower-pitched sections to accommodate the water flow.

We’re also installing new 40 mm metal battens, 60 mm Anticon insulation and upgraded tie-down strapping to bring the roof up to current building code requirements, along with new 140 × 40 mm H3 structural pine collar ties secured with bolts.

Not a straightforward project, but we’re getting it done nevertheless 💪

Big re-roof completed in Waterford! 🔨🏠

The garage and patios received new, thicker 0.48 mm Trimdek sheeting, selected to suit the lower roof pitches, including the exposed veranda at under 5°.

The main house was upgraded from 0.42 mm to 0.48 mm Custom Orb sheeting, finished off with new skylights from Regent Skylights to bring more natural light inside.

Another quality transformation by Vincent Roofing! 🤘🏽

New roof sheeting, battens and Anticon insulation bringing the roof framing up to current requirements.

7:00 am start. 2:00 pm finish. One-day turnaround from a well-oiled crew. 👊
