This Cypress Pine floor in Reedy Creek needed more than a quick coat.

The old coating was worn, the floor had movement, and the prep had to be done properly before the satin finish went down.

We sanded it back, cleaned it properly, fixed the small details, and finished it with a natural satin look.

Not every timber floor needs replacing.
