Introducing Libby’s Homemade Organic Butternut Pumpkin, Caramelised Onion & Ricotta Rolls!

Made with homemade buttery puff pastry (yes, even the pastry is made from scratch! 🙌), filled with roasted butternut pumpkin, caramelised onion, creamy ricotta and feta, then topped with Aussie dukkah!

Golden, flaky and absolutely delicious 🤤

These little beauties are packed in freezer-friendly containers, ready to pop in the oven whenever you need a quick, delicious snack or lunch!

A little update to our October dates 💕🧁

I’m simplifying things a little and dropping the Thursday pop-ups — Sundays will now be our weekly pop-up day! ✨

I’m also working on an easy order + pick-up menu through Insta/Facebook, with Thursday & Saturday pickups 🙌🏼

More treats, a little more balance, and hopefully some time to tackle the never-ending new house jobs 😂🏡

On Police Remembrance Day, we remember and honour those who have lost their lives and those who continue to serve our community.

This year we have teamed up with Houses for Heroes - Home Loans for Everyday Heroes and Baked.Boxes.Cairns to offer a free coffee and cupcake to all QPS officers on Police Remembrance Day, Tuesday September 29.

It’s our small way of saying thank you for doing the toughest job there is and remembering those who are no longer with us 💙

National Police Remembrance Day is a time to remember the officers who have lost their lives and to thank those who continue to serve our community.

This Tuesday, 29 September, Cairns police officers are invited to stop by The Nest in Whitfield for a free coffee and freshly baked cupcake. It’s a small thank you for the work you do.

The cupcakes are being made by Libby from Baked.Boxes. Libby is a former paramedic and business owner with a passion for creating delicious baked goodies.

The coffee is coming from The Nest, where owner and barista Zyna is a proud mum and the wife of Sarah Edwards, a long-serving Cairns police officer.

Houses for Heroes can’t bake cupcakes or make coffee, so I’ll happily pay for both!

I was fortunate to work alongside many police officers during my time in the job, and I now get to help many with their home loan needs. Thank you to every officer serving our community, and on Tuesday we remember those who gave their lives.
