Our Weston project is a masterclass in character retention. Here is how we extended this home while honouring its original character.
♻️ Modern performance, character-filled soul:
We didn't just add space; we duplicated the original roof pitch to ensure the extension felt like a natural evolution. The traditional style windows were replaced with high-performance double glazing, maintaining the classic aesthetic while significantly boosting thermal comfort.
🔗 Seamless integration:
To help the home settle into its surroundings, we incorporated a new double garage below the existing floor level. This added modern convenience without disrupting the street presence.
🌟 The polished finish:
The entire home was rendered, painted, and re-tiled. This unified the old and new sections into one seamless, polished residence that looks like it has always been there.
