MT ELIZA DREAM HOME — DESIGN IN PROGRESS
A new residential project taking shape in Mt Eliza.
The clients’ brief is to create their dream home—a distinctive and practical residence shaped around their lifestyle, everyday comfort and connection to the outdoors.
The design uses connected gabled forms arranged around a generous central garden. Arched openings, expansive glazing, outdoor terraces and an upper-level balcony create a consistent architectural character while bringing natural light and views into the home.
The project is now in the final stages of town planning, with the proposal progressing through the review process before detailed construction documentation begins.
