Today we hosted our second Occupational Therapist workshop of 2026, bringing the event to Port Macquarie and connecting regional OTs with our own home modifications builders.

The workshop focused on practical collaboration, bridging the gap between clinical expertise and building knowledge to achieve better outcomes for clients. It was a great opportunity for our builders to share their technical expertise on building codes, compliance, and structural elements.

Thank you to our Regional Supervisor Greg and home modifications builder Nathan, as well as Patrick from Acorn Stairlifts Australia for his valuable presentation.

We're proud to be expanding into Port Macquarie and the Mid North Coast, bringing our commitment to helping older Australians live safely, independently, and confidently at home.

As featured in Focus Magazine, our CEO Steven Dixon shares why we launched the Port Macquarie Aged Care Expo and opened our new local workshop: to make support easier to access, connect people with trusted services, and help families navigate aged care before they're in crisis.

At Scope Home Access, we believe everyone deserves clear information, practical solutions, and the opportunity to remain connected to their community for as long as possible.

This expansion isn't just about growing our services—it's about supporting local people and ensuring more older Australians have access to the help they need, when they need it.

Today we hosted the first Occupational Therapist workshop of 2026 on the Central Coast, bringing together OTs from across the region alongside our own expert OTs and home modifications builders.

The session was a fantastic opportunity to collaborate, share knowledge, and strengthen our understanding of how thoughtful design and practical modifications can truly transform lives. From hands-on discussions to real-world problem solving, it was inspiring to see everyone working together toward better outcomes for clients.

A huge thank you to our builders Greg and John, and OT Vicky for sharing their expertise, and to the incredible OTs for their ongoing dedication and passion 💙
