The Echuca Club has been given a new lease on life!
Operating as a men’s social club, bar and venue, the goal was simple: reinvigorate the spaces and, by extension, the club itself — while respecting the building’s rich history.
With both internal and external heritage controls, every design decision required careful consideration. The project involved extensive research and collaboration with the club committee, local historians, heritage consultants and Council to ensure the building’s character was retained and celebrated.
A huge part of the transformation was also the interior design, with JIA Design doing a fantastic job bringing the spaces together and creating an atmosphere that feels both contemporary and sympathetic to the building’s history.
