Returned to Waurn Ponds today after carpet installation and painting to install timber acoustic wall panels to the theatre room build. They will be LED light down the sides of them to add to the atmosphere of the room.

Installed structural support for a bay window that previously had brick pier footings which had slowly given up. Framing of a bearer and joist system tied back into the bearer of the house subfloor, before cladding the front with James Hardie Linea weatherboard cladding.

New bifold window installed at the Inverleigh project today.

By using 100 year old recycled timber from an old shelving unit I installed an outdoor bar top with matches in seamlessly with the new stone top that has been installed in the kitchen to help bring the outside into the house.

Below the bar top the wall is clad in Baltic Pine to give a rustic feel to match the old timber bar top.
