For Project Yateman, NSL Builders selected our Euclad QLD Blackbutt 4" Cladding to create a refined architectural finish that balanced contemporary design with the natural beauty of timber.
Installed vertically, the narrower boards create a fine, consistent rhythm of lines, adding detail, texture and a more tailored appearance than wider profiles.

Beyond aesthetics, the narrower profile made it easier to achieve crisp detailing around windows and corners, while the premium quality Blackbutt delivered a clean installation with minimal waste. The result is a facade that's warm, timeless and built to perform.

Barwon Timber was proud to supply the E10 LVL framing for this project, helping deliver the strength, straightness and consistency builders rely on.

Take a closer look at our custom moulding work on the iconic Queenscliff Hotel restoration.

For this project, our Timber Mill was selected to manufacture a range of custom timber profiles, carefully matched to the hotel's original heritage mouldings.
This included:
• Clear pine 3-piece custom skirting profile | 270mm x 32mm
• Clear pine 1-piece custom architrave | 120mm x 30mm
• Clear pine nosing & scotia under windows | 60x30 + 30x30
• Custom turret moulds & numerous decorative exterior mouldings across the front façade & second level

Every moulding was precision-machined in our Timber Mill to deliver the accuracy, consistency, and detail required for this heritage restoration.

As one of the few timber mills in the Geelong region manufacturing custom moulding profiles in-house, Barwon Timber can reproduce existing profiles or manufacture entirely new designs to your exact specifications.
