Stabilise loose pillars with rod and chem set. Pillar extension by 500mm in height. Apply and finish cement render. Apply masonry primer and two coats of membrane paint by brush and roller. Steel gate and infill panel work by my mate Muz from MGM Contracting.

Recently we rendered this low set property in Gladstone. We had to conduct extensive pinning repair works to fractured arches using chem set and counter sunk rod. After we reinforced these areas with fibreglass mesh. Base coat was applied ruled and floated. Tinted primer was applied by brush and roller. Finish coat, Rock Cotes tinted sand coat hydra tec was applied and float finished, offering a
seamless modern finish. Down pipes, air-conditioning shrouds and soffits were all painted to freshen up property.
