🌿 GUTTER GUARD DOESN’T MEAN GUTTER PROOF! 🏠

This gutter had gutter guard installed — but underneath it was still packed with muck, leaves and even plants growing through it! 🌱😳

Gutter guard can help reduce the amount of debris entering your gutters, but it doesn’t eliminate the need for regular cleaning and maintenance.

For this job we:
✅ Removed the gutter guard
✅ Cleared out all the built-up muck and vegetation
✅ Cleaned the gutters thoroughly
✅ Reinstalled the gutter guard

Don’t assume your gutters are clean just because you have gutter guard. Regular inspections and cleaning can help keep your gutters working properly and prevent bigger problems down the track.

We love being able to give back to the local community, especially to organisations that do so much for others.

When the local Lions Club reached out to us for a hand with cleaning the roofs and surrounding areas of their sheds, we were more than happy to help. They called us, and just two days later we were there getting stuck into it.

Thanks for the appreciation post and, more importantly, for everything you do for our local community. 👏

WE BLOODY DID IT! 🥾💪❤️

63km DONE!

Safe to say we are absolutely wrecked 😂 but we got there!

A massive THANK YOU to every single person who donated, shared our posts, sent messages, checked in on us or supported us along the way. ❤️

And a huge thank you to our support crew — you followed us for the entire 63km, keeping us supplied, checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. Then, when we were already running on empty, you jumped out of the car and walked the final 10km with us! 🥾❤️
We genuinely couldn’t have done it without you.

It was a bloody long day, plenty of sore feet and a few moments where we questioned our life choices 😂 — but knowing we were doing it for such an important cause kept us putting one foot in front of the other.

63km for the 63 Australians we lose to su***de each week.

Every donation and every bit of support helped us raise awareness for a cause that affects so many people.

🌱 A DIFFERENT KIND OF WORK TOMORROW… 🥾

Tomorrow I’m swapping the mower for a pair of walking shoes and taking on a 63km walk for Su***de Awareness Day, supporting Lifeline. ❤️

The good news for all our A Plus customers… you’re not getting a day off! 😂
The team will still be out there keeping the lawns and gardens under control while I’m busy questioning every life decision I’ve ever made somewhere around kilometre 40! 🤣

But there’s a serious reason behind the walk.

Around 63 Australians lose their lives to su***de every week. That’s 63 families, groups of mates, workplaces and communities affected every single week.

63km is going to hurt a hell of a lot more than a day of mowing, but if it helps raise awareness, starts a conversation or reminds someone that they’re not alone, then every step is worth it. ❤️

If you’d like to support the cause, you can still donate to my walk and help Lifeline continue the incredible work they do. Every donation, big or small, helps.

So while the A Plus crew keeps working tomorrow, I’ll be putting in the steps for a bloody good cause.

🏡 NEW BUILD LANDSCAPE COMPLETE 🌿

What a transformation! Another new build landscape completed from the ground up, turning a blank site into a fully finished and functional outdoor space. 👌

This project included:

🌱 Complete garden landscaping
💧 Full irrigation system installation
🌧️ Extensive drainage works to manage water flow and protect the property
🧱 New retaining walls to create levels and define the garden
🪜 New steps and accessways
🌿 Garden beds, planting & finishing
🍂 Mulching and final clean-up

A lot of work goes on behind the scenes with a new build, but seeing everything come together at the end makes it all worthwhile!
