Philotheca myoporoides 'Profusion' is a compact, hardy Australian native shrub featuring masses of apple-blossom pink buds opening to starry white flowers, and aromatic green leaves. It grows 1 to 1.5 meters tall and about 1 meter wide.

🌿 Why you'll love it:
• Abundant pink buds and white flowers
• Flowers from late winter to spring
• Compact, rounded shrub reaching around 1–1.5 metres
• Ideal for garden beds, borders and native gardens

🌿 Welcome to The Howth Nursery 🌿

Hi everyone,

I'd like to introduce myself and share a little of the story behind The Howth Nursery. After spending the last 16 years away from Tasmania, I've recently made the decision to move home and take over the nursery in beautiful Howth. The opportunity to return to Tasmania, be closer to family and friends again, and continue the nursery's legacy was too good to pass up.

I hold a Diploma in Horticulture and have over 17 years of experience in the horticulture industry, working across a range of areas within the trade. Plants have always been a passion of mine, and I'm excited to bring that passion home and share it with the Tasmanian community. Whether you're an experienced gardener, landscaper, or just starting your gardening journey, I look forward to helping you find the right plants for your garden and projects.

I've also been incredibly fortunate to have some amazing and experienced staff remaining with the nursery. Their knowledge, dedication, and connection to the local community are invaluable, and I'm grateful to have them as part of this next chapter for The Howth Nursery.

Over the coming months, I'll be sharing plant arrivals, growing tips, nursery updates, and plenty of photos from around the nursery. Thank you to everyone who has already welcomed me back to Tasmania. I'm looking forward to meeting many more of you and growing The Howth Nursery into a place the community can be proud of.

Feel free to like and follow the page, being a wholesale nursery we are not directly open to the public. But if you would like to visit bookings can be made by contacting me on 0439 372 834 or via [email protected]. Alternatively you can message me directly on Facebook.
