I hear that a lot, and every time I smile and say thank you, because from the outside, it probably does look that way.

What people don’t see is the version of luck that looks like pouring candles at midnight to hit a deadline, or saying no a catch up with friends that I miss, because there’s an urgent order to finish.

They don’t see the early mornings spent working on back end business stuff that nobody will ever notice, or replying to a DM in the middle of a family dinner because it might be a client who needs an answer now.

This business didn’t grow from luck.
It grew from choosing it again and again, on the days it would’ve been easier not to.

So if you’re building something of your own too, I see everything that isn’t in the photo. The luck was never given to us. We built it, one late night and one hard no at a time. ❤️
