Standard plan or custom design?

At Highview Homes you get what you want.

Whether you choose from one of our standard plans, modify one of of designs or we custom design your own, do not be scared of the word "Custom".

TIMELESS HAMPTONS STYLE, STEPS FROM THE SAND
84 Nepean Highway, Aspendale | Brand New by Highview Homes
There is something special about living close enough to the beach for a morning stroll along the sand to become part of your everyday routine. Just two houses from the shore, this newly completed Hamptons-inspired residence by Highview Homes brings together timeless character, beautifully finished interiors and the ease of coastal living.
Its distinctive reverse living design makes the most of the setting, placing the main kitchen, living and dining spaces upstairs to enjoy the natural light and bay views. An entertainer’s balcony extends this inviting space outdoors, somewhere to enjoy a quiet coffee, gather with friends or simply settle into the sea breeze.
Thoughtfully designed for changing family needs, the home features a master suite on both the ground and first floors, each with a walk-in robe and beautifully appointed ensuite. This flexibility offers a comfortable choice for parents, visiting guests or extended family, with a separate downstairs living area providing further room to relax.
Four spacious bedrooms, a study and three designer bathrooms are complemented by a gourmet kitchen, premium fixtures and finishes, and a double lock-up garage. Throughout, the craftsmanship and attention to detail reflect Highview Homes’ considered approach to creating homes that are as welcoming as they are enduring.
With direct beach access via Wyuna Lane, the appeal extends well beyond the front door. A swim, a sunset walk or an unhurried afternoon by the water is only moments away.
Brand new and ready to enjoy, this is a home where thoughtful design and a beautiful beachside setting come naturally together.

YES, WE ARE OPEN!!!
Despite rediculously prolonged MPS footpath works, our display homes are still open 11am to 4pm Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th July.
MPS should have got us to build the footpath, it would have been quicker, cheaper and better built!
