🌞A sunny 17° Friday
👩🏽‍🌾Spending the morning at Fawkner Food Bowls
🌈A bunch of qu**rs hanging out and talking plants
☺️Whole body earthing to settle the mind after a big week
🍺AND a cold afternoon beer to finish??

That's a good way to end the week!!

New blog post up 🤗

Go Hug a Tree

Soft fascination, nature connection, my love of the forest, road trips and nature adventures, and finding ways to connect back to that soft centre.

As always, link in bio, shared thoughts and experiences welcomed! 🌳🌸

🤭🤭😆

You've seen the presentable third of my work desk before. But just outside of the frame hides the rest of it... the other half that crept into 2/3rd.

I walked in after spending a few days away, living my best (inter)national woman of business life and caught a glimpse of my work area in all its glory.

A thousand open tabs, but in physical very IRL form.

Maybe I should do a raffle! The person who can count and name the most items, wins!
The prize? 🤷🏽‍♂️ You can have an only a little bit written-in notebook. There's definitely lots of those! 😅

One thing I can happily report, is that I am ok with it. I've made my peace. It's just another part of what makes moi 🤗

I just got this sent to me from a Melbourne tram. Am I a brand now??
😂

And of course I had to pair this with the late great Dolly ❤️

The kid is sick and I went into witchy potions mode🧙🏾‍♀️🪄

Oxymel- apple cider vinegar, honey and fresh thyme from the garden 🍯

Black Sambucus syrup- dried elderberries, ginger, cinnamon, black pepper, echinacea and honey 🍇

Remember to cook your elderberries! They are not to be consumed fresh/raw.

Both are cough soothing and anti inflammatory.

Supports for practitioners working in therapeutic spaces.

I'm interested to hear how other professionals are keeping themselves safe, supported and looked after. Especially self employed, non clinical roles and those who otherwise don't have access through their work environments.

And perhaps if there are a few of us who could use those supportive spaces to bring our experiences to, we could create it for ourselves.

Thoughts?

Little moments
Splash of colour
Movement

Small things to make you pause and appreciate what is there.

I know they can really help me ground and return to the present. And be remindedof beauty... how about you?

Here are a few I enjoyed over the past week (and I promise I actually enjoyed them first, before shifting my energy to taking the pics 🤭)

Continuing to learn and expand my training and knowledge is a true privilege.

Today I am undertaking professional development training in trauma informed practice with Blue Knot Foundation

Building a holistic practice and expanding the kind of supports I am able to offer is an integral part of my mission.

Big day ahead but I am looking forward to learning new things.

Coming up!

I'm excited to lead another round of this lovely program CERES

The program is specifically designed for 18-25 year olds and is FREE!
If you have a younger person in your life who would benefit from connecting to peers while learning some garden and cooking to help them on the adulting journey (I mean... who wouldn't??) send them through!

As usual, group numbers are kept limited to ensure a supportive and intimate environment 🫛🌻

6 sessions, delivered fortnightly, starting 29th of Sept.

Link in my bio or through CERES 🤟🏽
