As the owner of SIS, I regularly do complimentary check-ins and pop-ins while my team is cleaning , at absolutely no extra cost.

Why? Because I genuinely care about the quality of every clean and want to make sure it meets the standards weā€™re known for. If I spot something thatā€™s been missed, even something as small as a tiny smudge, it gets fixed on the spot before it ever becomes an issue for the client.

I have an amazing team of women who work incredibly hard and do a fantastic job, but I believe an extra set of eyes never hurts. Most of the time Iā€™m simply popping in to support the team and make sure everything is running smoothly.

And yes, this often includes my number one tag-along ..my third baby boy, usually strapped into the carrier and coming along for the ride. šŸ¤

Quality check x 2? Iā€™d say so. šŸ˜‰

Because for me, cleaning isnā€™t just about ticking boxes. Itā€™s about taking pride in the details and making sure every client gets the standard of service they deserve. āœØ
