We can help identify problems before your real estate inspection, advise you what needs attention and provide discounted member rates for eligible additional work.

⚠️ LANDLORD RESPONSIBILITY?

WE DO NOT PAY FOR OR CARRY OUT LANDLORD/PROPERTY-OWNER RESPONSIBILITY REPAIRS AS PART OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP.

But we can photograph, document and report issues to your agent or property manager and help you get the problem addressed correctly and as quickly as possible.

Where appropriate, we can also provide the landlord or agent with a quotation to complete the work.
