Something a little different for us — hanging 12V lighting over a pool! 💡🏊‍♂️
The job turned out awesome and really finished the space off.
Then, just to top off a good day… someone managed to drop a tool straight into the pool! 😂
No problem — swimming lessons were clearly part of the job! 🤿🔧

What started as a simple broken floorboard replacement quickly turned into a much bigger repair.

Once the carpet was lifted, extensive termite damage was uncovered throughout the flooring and into the existing floor joists.

The floor was stripped back, with 200x45 LVLs sistered alongside the existing joists and additional blocking installed to strengthen the floor structure. New 22mm flooring was then laid before the room was finished off with new carpet and skirting.

Great work completed by jtrbuilt getting this one stripped back, strengthened and put back together properly. 🔨

Another job where what’s underneath tells a much bigger story than what you can see on the surface.
