• Upgrade the replacement to a pre-finished engineered Spotted Gum

✅ Another Successful Flooring Outcome
We recently provided a quote for a homeowners insurance claim involving damage to direct stick bamboo flooring throughout multiple areas of a home.
The original scope included lifting and removing 51m² of 98mm x 14mm bamboo flooring across the kitchen, living, passage and bedrooms 2 & 3. Due to cut-offs, product discontinuation and the risk of mismatched flooring, the homeowner made the smart decision to opt for a cash settlement and engage us privately to complete the works.
💡 Together, we tailored a practical and cost-effective solution:
• Kitchen & living areas – existing flooring retained in place
• Passage & bedrooms 2 & 3 – upgraded to 1380mm x 190mm x 12mm Blackbutt laminate

✨ Project Update – Full Flooring Transformation! ✨
What started as a targeted repair in Bed 1, WIR, Bed 2 and the sunken living area turned into a complete home upgrade for our client – with an even better outcome than originally planned! 👌
The initial scope included removing and replacing 260mm x 65mm x 14mm Jarrah parquetry and 92mm lambs tongue skirting in selected areas.
To help the homeowner achieve a seamless flooring finish throughout the home, a collaborative approach was taken. The owner assisted by removing the existing direct stick Jarrah parquetry and skirting in Bedrooms 1–4 and the sunken living area. 🙌
From there, we: ✔️ Ground and levelled the concrete slab to meet required standards
✔️ Applied a vapour barrier
✔️ Supplied and laid pre-finished engineered flooring (1900 x 123 x 14/3 satin Blackbutt) across Bed 1, WIR, Bedrooms 2–4, and the sunken living
Thanks to the product change and the owner’s assistance, we were able to go above and beyond:
✅ Added flooring and skirting to 2 additional rooms
✅ Painted internal doors
✅ All at no extra cost to the homeowner
