We had an old-style combined dining and living area, so we divided it to create a brand new room for our gorgeous girl. She’s absolutely loving it! 🙌🏼 For now, the other side is a toy room, but we’ll eventually knock out a wall on the other side to expand the pantry and open up the living space even more.

Just swung by our South Perth project to check out the FINAL result… and wow, we are BEYOND proud! 🔥🫶

This one turned out absolutely epic – massive shoutout to the absolute legends at for bringing us on board and making magic happen! 💪✨

The scope of works consisted of.

●Patching, re strapping & flushing old feature plasterglass ceiling through out the home in original 1940’s home.

●The curved arch way with feature corbells leads you to the ultra modern extension.

● High raking windows where a challenge with natural light so a Level 5 finish was installed on the extension ceiling.

● Supply & install of wall & ceiling insulation to new extension

● Supply & install of internal gyprock walls & ceilings, fixing & flushing with square set finish in lower areas & P50 / negative detail to finish off the raked ceiling.
