💚 To Domus Nursery, but especially to Jan, and Adam. Quality service and stock on every delivery!

🩷 And also, to the late Dolly Parton, for getting me to site every day.

Here's a little something for the rock(ery) fans - Darwinias!

Our Darwinia citriodora is flowering at the moment, so I wanted to highlight how fabulous these gorgeous lemon scented myrtles are 😍

They are a small shrub that grows up to around 1.2m high, 1.5m wide, and prefer dappled shade in a well draining soil. A good option for rockeries and high acidity.

You can see 60 of the 70 known varieties in the Stirling Ranges of WA - oh, and it's not named after Charles, but rather his grandfather Erasmus in 1816.

Erasmus was too busy being a physician, physiologist, botanist, biologist, physicist, metaphysician, inventor and poet, that he turned down an invitation from George III to become Physician to the King. Imagine!

The first of our chaos seeds have sprouted!
The crew went down to the local and chose all of the pretty flowers to mix in a shaker and sprinkle through the garden.
I've been told that if you skip whilst you do it, the reward is greater ✨️
Can't wait to see which flower this baby turns into 😍
