Ezi-Gro Orchids

Ezi-Gro Orchids Ezi-Gro Orchids Nursery is one of the largest orchid distributors in Australia, with over 20 years of growing and breeding orchids.

Ezi-Gro Orchids was established in 1987 at its current location of Darch (formerly Landsdale) on 2 hectares of land. Half of this area is used for the cultivation of orchids. Most of the buildings consisting of sheds, shade houses and glasshouses were built in the first ten years of development. Most of our business involves the selling of orchid plants, locally, around Australia and overseas. This includes wholesaling and retailing. We also sell some orchid flowers locally. Orchids for sale have been sourced from all over the world. Also an extensive gene pool of Cymbidiums, Paphiopedilums and Cattleyas have been put together and are used in our current breeding program.

Grand Champion at the Cymbidium Orchid Club of WA spring show was Cym Hot Line ‘Plum Loco’
The original cross was registered in 1985 with the parents of Cym Tethys with Sensation by Santa Barbara Orchid Estate. My plant originally came from California and my thoughts are that it is a diploid. I would like to know if the peloric markings came about as a mutation in the cloning process or is it a seedling.
