A complete transformation of this once-unused raised garden area with an old fishpond. 🔨

We’ve stripped it back and turned the space into a beautiful raised decking area, finished with premium composite fencing to create a modern, private and low-maintenance outdoor space.

A huge difference from where we started — making better use of the existing area and creating somewhere the owners can actually relax, entertain and enjoy.

Not every bathroom renovation is what it seems…

We ripped this bathroom apart only to discover there was no waterproofing in the shower. The result? Hidden mould, water damage, and a shower base so saturated it took three days to dry out before we could even begin rebuilding.

This wasn’t a patch-up job—it was a complete rebuild.

âś… New plumbing installed inside the walls
✅ 8 litres of waterproofing applied to completely tank the shower—like a vertical submarine. No shortcuts, just done properly.
âś… Full re-tile throughout
âś… Custom shower grate installed

From scissors to saws — we’ve chopped this shop into something special ✂️🔨

A massive transformation completed for Shape Hairdressing — Oxford Street, Leederville.

What started out as old real estate offices has been completely stripped back and transformed into a modern, open, stylish salon built around Steph’s vision.

From removing walls and opening up the space, to creating custom features throughout — including hidden secret doors, acoustic panelling, graphic design elements, new flooring, new ceilings, and a carefully selected interior finish — every detail was brought together to create a salon that is unique, functional, and welcoming.

When your client is more than just a hairstylist and understands the importance of planning, design, and teamwork, it makes the whole process flow. Great communication and preparation helped us cut weeks off the timeframe and get Shape Hairdressing ready to open earlier than expected.

It’s been incredible watching this space go from a blank office into a beautiful new home for the Shape Hairdressing team.

Winter certainly isn’t slowing us down! ❄️🔨

It’s been another busy week for the Pro Decks & Carpentry team, with a wide range of projects completed across Perth.

âś… Put the finishing touches on a new hair salon, with the doors opening this Wednesday and the first client booked for 10:00 am.

✅ Completed a stunning new outdoor entertaining area, featuring a composite deck and louvred pergola beside the pool, ready for the client’s outdoor kitchen and summer entertaining.

âś… Removed and replaced cladding around incorrectly installed window seals that were allowing water to pe*****te the home. The area was reclad correctly, and our trusted painters had everything looking brand new before the rain arrived.

âś… Tidied up the original doors in a heritage home by re-hinging them and correcting the door margins. We installed window moulding to secure the leadlight and stop it from falling out, ready for the painters to freshen up the entire house.

From repairs and renovations to fit-outs and outdoor living spaces, it’s been another rewarding week for the team.

We specialise in residential and commercial carpentry, and we’re looking for someone who leads by example, takes pride in their work, and can keep projects running smoothly while managing a crew.

What we’re looking for:
• Fully qualified carpenter
• Proven experience running jobs and leading a team
• Strong residential and commercial carpentry experience
• Skilled in first and second fix carpentry
• Own vehicle and tools
• Willing to travel when required, as we regularly take on projects away from home
• Reliable, organised, and motivated
