✜ Shells and beadwork. Locally made pottery. Natural fibres, beautiful brushes, clay beads, collected objects and pieces we have designed ourselves - each chosen for its texture, character, craftsmanship or simply because it made us feel something.

✜ We’ve never believed everything needs to match. In fact, quite the opposite. We love the contrast of raw with refined, old with new, handcrafted with unexpected - pieces from different places and different hands, brought together in a way that somehow just works.

✜ We’ve always had a bit of a love affair with the cactus. So naturally, we decided to create our own 🌵

✜ Meet The Cactus Collection - designed exclusively by Martinique Island Style and handcrafted locally in collaboration with our dear friend Pauline Bladin of PMB Ceramics. Inspired by the strong, architectural form of the Indian Fig cactus, each one is made entirely by hand and no two are ever quite the same.

✜ Finished with natural twine and handmade ceramic beads, individually glazed to complement each piece… it’s the little details that make them so special.

✜ Style them flat, hang them on the wall, choose one or group a few together. Sculptural, playful and just the right amount of unexpected.
