Enough for a days work, these beams were fun and games absolute overkill, Dimo’s portable cranes helped though, well it will be the first hurricane proof house built in Mangerton, time for a bit more simpson screwing haha, to be continued tomorrow

Day one commenced with the cutting of stick timber on site, followed by the setting out of bottom plates, which were accurately benched from the surveyor's measurements. The 90x45 LVL stud walls feature bottom and double top plates at 450mm centres, all securely fixed using Simpson bolts and screws, ensuring a remarkably solid, straight, and accurate structure. A methodical approach is key to achieving a high-quality result, as demonstrated by the project's progress 🤦😊🤷‍♂️
