Just letting everyone that follows our page and supports Total Home Solutions and our team that just over a month ago I acquired a much unwelconed Staph infection in my right knee. Fair to say it has been quite the ideal to date and I'm still off work at the moment and recovering from the infection. I will be off for another two to three weeks and have it reassessed in September. I'm fine and accept the fact that it's just time now for things to get back to somewhat normal and to get our work load moving again. Apologies for the delays on the work we have currently open and for the projects in waiting along with the outstanding quotes that are waiting on the back ground.

We would like to take a moment to say a huge thank you to my brother and in many ways partner in crime for his commitment and many years of service to us and our Total Home Solutions family! We have worked on some of the most amazing, award winning projects over several years together and produced some of the highest award winning projects in our category with in the state! For our small but highly dedicated team this has been a remarkable achievement! I'm so thankful to have been able to work side by side with you my brother for many years which is something that not many people can happily acknowledge! We have tackled some highly challenging situations and turned them around and produced what many would consider the impossible! Well we send you off with our sincerest blessing and acknowledge that what is our loss is most definitely someone else's gain! Whilst it's hard to see you leaving our team it also makes us proud that you have found an opportunity that could potentially set you up for the remainder of your working life. Which is highly important. We will take a moment to adjust to the new norm and navigate our way through the coming months in order to fulfil our commitments to those that are in waiting. We know all to well that it'll take a special kind to fill the gap that you are leaving behind and the chances are that we won't. But the beat goes on! Thank you for the opportunity to grow and learn together and to conquer many hurdles along the way!

We truly hope you find your spot with in your new career path and that you find satisfaction in your role. Enjoy working along side your colleagues and create the environment that you have enjoyed with us. We have loved working with Kath to deliver her immaculate brand new ensuite renovation! Custom bathroom, walk in step less shower, hotwire floor heat, floor to ceiling wall tiles, tiled niches and window reveals to give a seamless, ease of use, light and airy space! Thanks Kath for entrusting us to deliver your wonderful room!

Not long now and we'll be bringing this spacious bathroom renovation to an end! Another week or so and we can hand it over to the home owner to enjoy! Custom bathroom, floor to ceiling tiles, wall hung vanity, recessed mirror cabinet, floor heating, tiled niche and window reveal to create a seamless finish! Watch this space! ❤️

So close with this one now! If you're in the hunt for an accessible bathroom renovation that doesn't feel commercial, clinical or that your living in a care facility in your own home then this is the type of spaces we offer at Total Home Solutions. Custom bathrooms with function that are fit for purpose. This is an NDIS funded project that we worked with the Occupational Therapist and their client on. Yes it's a painful exercise to get these jobs over the line and they take far more energy and unnecessary red tape and paper work then they should, however it's worth it in the end! Life changing for the users of these much needed services. We also offer renovations like this for private home owners that require the same level of attention for their own need and in their own home! Thank you for following along with this project! It has been a long time in the making but our client can not wait to get back home and using their new bathroom!

Every now and then we get to work on particularly special projects! Not so much special in terms of budget, finishes or features as such on this particular project, but more so for the purpose and nature of the project! This fully custom accessible bathroom renovation is fit for purpose for the users and in this case an NDIS project. This bathroom is nearing an end now and we've worked closely with the OT and client to achieve a great outcome. We've combined the adjoining toilet room into this bathroom so as to create a generous 1800 x 1200 stepless shower, custom wall hung vanity and bidet suite obviously yet to be installed. This project also has thermal set mixers for safety and ease of use. Recessed mirror cabinet and integrated linen press for extra storage. Wall to ceiling tiling in natural finish white to bring light and offer a clean fresh easy to use space. There will be an integrated heated towel rail along with grab rails all finished in bright chrome to compliment the chosen tap ware and fixtures. Keep an eye our over the coming weeks for the updates on this completed functional space!

I can't really get any decent pics of this stunning kitchen reno but you get the idea! This project is a custom galley style kitchen with shaker profile doors, drawer fronts and end panels in 2pac natural finish. The bench tops are caesar stone supplies and installed by our good mates at MLH Stone. The floors have been supplied, installed and polished by ol mate Josh McGlinn and asc always they look stunning. The kitchen floor is an overly hardwood 13mm solid timber and finished with satin polyurethane. This project has seen structural work undertaken by lifting the height of the kitchen bulkhead that goes through into the dining room plus widening the opening to increase the flow of natural light. We have painted all the areas in this space to complete the project . The kitchen also features a butlers pantry and laundry with plenty of extra storage all in the same profile and finish although we've added some white to work alongside the darker green. We have thoroughly enjoyed working on this project with the home owner. Thank you to all our regular contractors that work with us to deliver projects to the highest standard.
