You've seen the result. Now see the process for this application with .

Steph breaks down exactly how a proper Corkon application happens, from bare shell to seamless cork layer, step by step.

Because a great finish doesn't start with the spray gun. It starts with understanding why every step matters.

Strip it. Clean it. Prep it. Then spray it right.

Don't take our word for it, take theirs.

A first-time DIYer who sprayed her Toyota Hiace alone and called it "great savings, great end result."
An architect who saw the thermal break potential for homes.
A hospitality venue absolutely thrilled with their cork ceiling.
And van builders who can't stop recommending it to their clients.

Real people. Real builds. Real results.

Every single one, 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

When a client thrilled with his van insulation comes back... But this time for his home !
That's the best kind of message to receive.

After experiencing Corkon in his van build, he knew exactly what he wanted for his bedroom walls.
Two rooms, south-facing concrete, cold, prone to mould growth... The kind of wall that never really warms up no matter the season.

One seamless cork layer later, problem solved!

Same product, different space but same result : A surface that finally breathes, holds warmth, and stops the cold from creeping through.

That's the thing about cork. Once you feel the difference, you start seeing cold walls everywhere 😉

Corkon isn't just for vans.

Nestled inside Bondi Beach Public School, this new garden house is set to nurture hands-on outdoor learning for the kids, and it might just be our most unexpected application yet.

With irregular walls, an existing frame, and a space bustling with young students every day, it is the exact kind of project where spray cork outshines every other option.

Just a seamless, natural cork coating wrapping every surface, corner, and imperfection to create a durable, eco-friendly space for the next generation of gardeners.

Swipe to see what's possible when you think beyond the van !

Shipping containers make incredible tiny homes.
They also sweat, echo, and trap heat like nothing else.

That's exactly why Sorbello Homes chose CORKON as the first layer on this build.

Before anything else goes in, cork goes on. A seamless spray layer across every surface, managing condensation, killing the acoustic resonance that makes bare metal containers so unliveable.

Then a second, thicker insulation layer on top for an efficient thermal break.

This is smart building and we're excited to be part of it.

A garden house at a public school in Bondi Beach.
Not your typical Corkon project but one of our favourites.

Existing structure. Imperfect surfaces. A space that needed to breathe, regulate temperature, and actually last.

One seamless spray layer later, the whole interior transformed.

Natural cork texture on every wall. No gaps, no cold spots, no moisture risk. Just a space that finally works the way it should.

Corkon doesn't just insulate. It finishes.

And sometimes, the most unexpected spaces make the most beautiful results !

The secret to a perfect Corkon finish?
It has nothing to do with the spray.

It starts before you even pick up the gun.

Step 2 of a proper application: clean, dry surfaces. Every time, no exceptions.

Dust, grease, moisture... Anything left on the surface will compromise adhesion. And bad adhesion means gaps, whichmean thermal bridges.

The whole point of Corkon is a seamless, continuous layer.
That starts here.

Get the prep right. The rest follows.

Electric on the outside. Cork on the inside.

This build with AdventurEV in Brisbane, is what happens when two sustainable choices meet in the same van.

No emissions. No thermal bridges. No compromises.

Corkon insulation running through the whole interior : seamless, natural & built for the long road ahead.

Because if you're going electric, your insulation should think the same way.

Welcome to the family, AdventurEV ! 🌿

Some vans get tested by weather.
Monty's got tested by all of it : Rain, freezing cold and even snow.

The kind of conditions that expose bad insulation in about five minutes : condensation everywhere, cold metal and road noise you can't escape.

His van? None of that.
Because what's behind the walls isn't just insulation. It's a real thermal break, one continuous layer, no gaps, doing its job no matter what's happening outside.

The result is a van that stays dry, stays quiet, and looks as good as it performs.
Monty's call: 10/10. We'll take it.
