Something I have realised after many years as a tradesman, and now as a builder, is the positive impact we have on people’s lives.

I understand that we’re often called upon because families need repairs, or some much needed space. But what can easily be missed is the difference a successful build can make to the way a family lives and creates memories.

It wasn’t until I had my own little family that I truly realised the most precious moments are usually spent around the family home. Whether it’s a new outdoor entertaining area, an extension that gives the kids room to grow, or a brand-new home built from the ground up, these spaces become the forefront to life’s special moments.

Taking pride in what we create, knowing it can leave a lasting and positive impact on someone else’s life and the memories they make, is something that should never be taken lightly.

This renovation incorporates some exciting features while doing our best to retain the home’s original charm. We would like to congratulate young Max on successfully completing his Carpentry Apprenticeship!

It has been an absolute pleasure watching you grow, develop your skills, and mature into a quality tradesman over the past four years.

Max is now continuing his journey by completing his Certificate IV in Building, which he is set to finish later this year.

Congratulations, mate. We are incredibly proud of what you have achieved so far and can’t wait to see what the next few years have in store for you. The future is looking bright! 👏🔨🏡

FLETCHER ST: Swipe ➡️ to watch our latest project come out of the ground. We were required to do things a little differently than your normal slab on ground with the structural engineers specifying 50 x bored piers to be filled with concrete due to a tunnel running under the rear of the property. Watch this space to see this project come to life.

The top floor balcony of this beautiful Gymea Bay home, is a space designed primarily for family gatherings. The extension to the existing home creates a comfortable living and dining area with an attached tiled balcony.

Once again, by testing engineering boundaries this layout maximises the use of glass to capture the views of the Port Hacking River.

Through extensive engineering and fabrication we were able to maximise a space in what was once an unusable area. The outcome of this was creating a 70m2 ground floor outdoor living area.

This extremely spacious area is now the perfect place to host an array of gatherings overlooking Gymea Bay.
