From detailed design to finished kitchen — this is what the Improva process looks likes.

For this Mona Vale project, we worked across both design and joinery consultancy. We started by understanding exactly what our clients wanted — their style, how they use their space and what matters most to them day to day. From there, we developed a comprehensive design that mapped out every detail before a single cabinet was built.

The result? No surprises. No "that's not what I had in mind." Just a kitchen that looks exactly as planned and functions beautifully for everyday life.

We coordinated the joinery, sourced and analysed quotes, managed the process through to installation, and conducted a post-installation site visit to make sure everything was delivered to the standard it should be.

Soft curves, handmade shaker profiles with rebated underside handles, and a stunning stone benchtop and splashback — every detail in this space was considered, crafted, and executed to the highest standard.

Working alongside Squillace Architects on a project of this calibre is always a privilege. Our role was to find, engage, and oversee a joinery supplier capable of bringing this vision to life — and the result speaks for itself.

PROJECT AWARDED //

Excited to share that we've been awarded this beautiful project in Surry Hills, designed by the talented team at Mather Beere. A big thanks to Calibre Projects for bringing us on — it's our first time working together and we're looking forward to it.

The standout for us? The kitchen. Stainless steel benchtop and splashback — and honestly, it couldn't feel more fitting right now. There's been a real resurgence of stainless steel in high-end residential design, and it's not hard to see why. It's incredibly durable, hygienic, heat-resistant, and ageless in a way that trends come and go but stainless just... stays. Paired with joinery of this quality, it's going to be something special.

We've connected our client with a joiner we know can deliver this to the standard it deserves — and that's always the part we love most about what we do.

A few years ago, a problem we kept seeing in our own renovation work led us to build something new.
