What you see on the surface doesn’t always tell the full story. 👀

During demolition, we uncovered a failed previous waterproofing installation with exposed fibreglass reinforcement and poor substrate preparation. This is exactly why every layer must be installed correctly—shortcuts eventually become expensive problems.

We’ll strip it back, properly prepare the substrate and rebuild the waterproofing system to meet Australian Standards before installing the new tiles.

🧱 Facade Transformation Underway | North Ryde

Another project underway with the RTC Projects AU team 💪

This facade had more going on behind the existing tiles than first expected. Once we started removing the old tiles and opening up the structure, we uncovered loose materials, moisture issues and areas requiring proper rectification.

Rather than simply covering the problems up, our team is taking the time to identify the cause, rectify the affected areas and build it back properly before the new finish goes on.

From demolition and structural rectification to new framing, cladding and the final stack stone installation — every stage matters.
