I finally feel like I can breathe again after getting almost all of our dahlia tubers into the the ground. If you're still planting I feel your pain, and hope you get the same sense of relief soon.
It's been such a mammoth few weeks for us and it feels so good to get to this point. Just a few slow to wake tubers to plant now which we are hoping will wake up soon.
This morning I planted out the tubers I bought from the QDS sale yesterday as well as some other pretty things.
I've never grown orlaya or winged everlastings before, so they are a little trial to see how they go and if they are useable in bunches. Also my first time growing the white didiscus, I've grown a plant or two of the blue before and loved it, so hopefully I'll love the white too.
I also thought I'd experiment with a few plants of dill and Russian tarragon to see if the foliage and flowers can be used in bunches too.
Finally feeling a little more organised, or more accurately, a little less out of control.
Hope you've had a chance to plant some pretty things this weekend too.
