SHARING ON BEHALF OF MY GRANDSON JACK.

I've created this Fundraising Page because I want to make a difference for my school.

Please assist me in achieving my fundraising goal by donating anything big or small.

All funds raised will be contributed to vital school resources for me and my fellow students.

Thank you in advance of your support.

✨ THE BODY SPEAKS ✨
Emotions • Tension • Energy

Have you ever noticed your shoulders tightening when life becomes overwhelming? Your jaw clenching when you're holding back words? Or your stomach turning when something doesn't feel right?

Our bodies and emotions are deeply connected.

Stress, grief, fear, and emotional overwhelm can influence how we experience tension, discomfort, and pain.

🌿 Sometimes, healing begins with simply becoming aware of what we're feeling.

Through breathwork, massage, gentle movement, and grounding, we can create space to reconnect with ourselves, release physical tension, and support emotional wellbeing.

💜 Your body deserves to be heard, not just pushed through.

The emotional meanings shown are spiritual interpretations for self-reflection, not medical diagnoses. Persistent pain should always be properly assessed.

✨ HEALISTIC Healing the mind, body & soul.
