A little sunshine and a little secretā€¦ ā˜€ļøšŸ¤Ž

Thereā€™s been a whole lot of book stacking happening behind the scenes lately!

Something exciting is coming for Chickabay Creations, and letā€™s just say these little stacks are getting ready to find another place to call home. šŸ”

Iā€™ll be sharing more very soon!

Any guesses where weā€™re headed next? šŸ‘€šŸ¤Ž

The Story Behind the Stack šŸ¤Ž
Chapter Five: A Fresh Coat of Possibility

Itā€™s been a little while since our last chapter, so letā€™s pick up the paintbrush and carry on. šŸ–Œļø

This is where these rescued books begin to take on that familiar Chickabay look. A little paint, a little patienceā€”and usually a little on my fingers, too!

I love how the fresh coat brings them together while their worn edges and lovely texture still peek through. Those little signs of a life before my worktable are part of their charm.

Soon, theyā€™ll hold a new message and find a place in someoneā€™s home. For now, itā€™s one brushstroke at a time. šŸ¤Ž

A few books, a little twine, and so many stories waiting to be stamped. šŸ¤Ž

Itā€™s a busy season in the Chickabay studioā€”restocking shelves, getting pieces ready for two new shops, prepping for markets, and making custom stacks with words that mean something special.

Seeing my creations become part of someoneā€™s home is still my favourite part. Thank you for keeping my hands busy and my heart full. šŸ¤Ž

Home Sweet Home šŸ” šŸ¤Ž

One of the first sayings I ever stamped, and still one of my favourites to make.

Thereā€™s something about these three little words that I keep coming back toā€”the comfort of familiar things, the people we love, and a place that feels like ours. šŸ¤Ž

Please tell me Iā€™m not the only one with a ā€˜just one more ball of yarnā€™ problem! I could get away with less, but I like ...
