Another one in the books!
This century home was a complete tear out and flip, for some fantastic long-standing clients of ours.
From crawling through endless foundation repairs. (Wish we can share all those behind the scenes photos with you)
Designing and re-framing the small space was a fun one and adding insulation, in the double sided barn board walls and triple layers of drywall lathe and plaster was a bit gross!

However we're all thrilled with how everything has turned out! It even feels spacious now.
So here's to a historic home given a brand-new life.

This is part 1, sorry I couldn't fit the finished photos and everything on one post!

Little sneak peak of the finished project! The glass was a fun one.
