Built to last.

A closer look at the stonework throughout this Muskoka cottage, where natural stone takes centre stage.

From the substantial stone pillars and walls to the expansive patios, walkways, and steps, our team brought every element together with precision and attention to detail.

A project we’re proud to have our name on.

Progress on Lake of Bays.

Managing Partner Mitchell Smith takes us on site for a look at the latest progress on this waterfront project.

The Muskoka Stone crew has been busy pouring and finishing the garage floor while forming up one of the many board-formed concrete walls that will define this build.

Plenty more to come as this project takes shape.

Behind the Scenes of an Epoxy Floor.

The finished floor gets the photo. We figured the work deserved a little screen time, too.

Let’s rewind this Muskoka garage project. Surface prep, mixing, pouring and rolling; with every edge getting attention and a little colour thrown in along the way.

Pour day overlooking Lake Rosseau.

Last month on site at Tiehack Haus, our crew worked across the floor as fresh concrete came off the pump. Placing and levelling section by section, with plenty of coordination behind every pour.

The West Wall.

A family-built retaining wall with our name set in stone.
From shaping each stone by hand to finishing the mortar joints, this wall carries the care and knowledge passed down through generations.

Stonework that already feels at home on the property.

Taking shape from the ground up.

A closer look at an ICF foundation pour on the Lake Muskoka shoreline. Our crew works along the walls, placing concrete inside the insulated forms that stay in place as part of the finished foundation.

This is where it starts.

A Pour in Motion.

There’s something satisfying about watching a floor take shape. Fresh concrete off the pump, our crew working it into place, and a smooth, level finish as we make our way across.

A messy process with a clean result. Ready for the next phase of this Muskoka build.

Gather round.

Muskoka is best enjoyed outside – that’s a fact. So, why not extend the hours outdoors by warming up to a custom fireplace to maximize the day well into the night.

There’s something pretty special about working alongside people who have been part of your story for generations.

A huge shout out to Wes Finch and Sons Ltd. for their help on one of our current projects. As always, they are an absolute pleasure to work with. Professional, reliable, and committed to quality every step of the way.

What makes this partnership even more meaningful is the history behind it. Our families have been working together since the 1920s, and here we are, a century later, still building together today. That kind of relationship and trust is something truly rare.

Thank you Gene and David for your continued support, partnership, and friendship. We are proud to continue this longstanding connection for another generation.
