A Thank You post

The intent here is not to bombard you with posts and notifications, but we do want to be more pro active and post more useful information here for all our customers to answer FAQs and make it easier to maintain your spa.

Having said this, I did want to post here thanking you all for the calls of "praise" for our lead tech, Austin. There have been a lot of them lately; commenting on Austin's professionalism, friendliness, knowledge and helpfulness. We would be first to agree that Austin is a great tech and a very valued member of our team, so thank you once again.

With the current state of the ecomony amd world affairs and such, it is really nice that people take the time to recognize those that have made their day a little more pleasant.
