A little behind-the-scenes update from Simmer Pots 💛
Changing fulfilment partners caused some delays getting your orders out, and we’re sorry for the extra wait. Turns out it’s true what they say: sometimes, getting something done right means doing it yourself. So we rolled up our sleeves and got it done! 📦
The backlog is officially cleared! All orders placed over the last two weeks have now shipped and are on their way. We’ve also improved our operations and are now getting new orders out the door within 72 hours.
The shop has been restocked, too, but there are VERY limited fall bags left to order. There’s still time to bring a little autumn comfort home. 🍂

Thank you for your patience, your orders and your support of our small Canadian business. We don’t take any of it for granted!

Psst… fall is just around the corner and we couldn’t wait until September. 🍂

Last year our fall blends disappeared faster than we imagined, so this year we’re giving our community first access.

Alongside the return of your Harvest favourites, we’re excited to introduce our newest seasonal blend: Autumn Chai.

Cozy. Warm. Comforting. Everything fall should smell like.

Shop early, because if last year taught us anything… these won’t be around for long.

How would our community feel about a ‘Spring Clean’ simmerpot?

11/28/2025

We wanted to share a quick update about recent simmer pot orders.

First, thank you so much for the love and support this season. It truly means the world to our small, family run business.

We discovered a system glitch that prevented us from seeing orders placed on November 14 and 15. We are very sorry for the delay this caused and have been working hard to sort everything out.

Every simmer pot is handmade, packed, and shipped by our tiny team, and we are doing everything we can to catch up. All delayed orders will be shipped no later than December 3.

Thank you for your patience, kindness, and continued support.

🎄🤍From our family to yours, thank you for shopping small this season.
